this Sunday APRIL 26

2:00 - 3:15pm - WOMEN'S CLASS

taught by Alessandra Grando

3:45 - 5:00pm -  MEN + WOMEN's CLASS

taught by husband and wife team

Bruno Prager and Alessandra Grando

The Kaiut Method works particularly well for men's bodies and men love the

biomechanical focus,  especially when they work out old kinks and

regain lost mobility.  This well-done 5 minute video speaks to that.

See Dr. Luiz Geraldo M.D.

Both classes are a great introduction to the Kaiut Method as well as

continuing education for the more experienced. Your takeaways will

be an enhanced feeling of well-being and calm.

Alessandra and Bruno have a collective experience of 20 years

practicing and teaching the Kaiut Method.

*PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED*

The Kaiut Yoga method is for everybody--that is *every body.* All levels of experience are welcome—whether you're a lifelong yoga practitioner or you've never stepped foot on a yoga mat. Poses are adaptable to the individual and sequences are designed to open joints, build strength and release tension, resulting in freer movement, relief from chronic pain and a host of other benefits.

More on the Method here.
