Small Group Class
For Private/Individual Sessions:
Please email us and we'll reach out to discuss goals and any specific needs. We can then get you dialed in with ZOOM and schedule a convenient time to meet online.
For Small Groups:
If you are bringing friends, we will divide rate according to number in group.
If you wish to attend a small group class and are solo, let us know the times you are available and we may be able to pair you with a group.

Alessandra and Bruno
are long-time students of the Kaiut Method. They have a combined 22 years practicing and teaching this method and now as a couple are based out of their SATI Yoga Studio in Uptown New Orleans. They are the first teachers to offer the Kaiut Method in the South and the only teachers in Louisiana.
